SETHSA's Activities - Some of SETHSA's activities include the sponsorship of: educational workshops and conferences on home schooling issues; periodic leadership seminars; a telephone tree networking support groups in southeast Texas; reading incentive programs; annual Spelling and Geography Bees, to name a few. On a less formal basis, SETHSA provides personal encouragement to you, the home educator or the parent interested in beginning home schooling. This encouragement includes advice and counseling on establishing and maintaining a home school. SETHSA also works in conjunction with other home school organizations to help promote home education and to support home school leadership. | ||||
